I recently found a PC in the dump. When I turned it on, I saw something about the stock market.
I assume Torn City does stocks and things. but you need a "Stock Ticker" to do them.
Where can I find such an apparatus? There is no building in the city that handles such things.

And then you fight for exp and such.
