For a little different of a costume, I pieced together a Gambit outfit, based on the X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie. I bought a hat, vest, and shirt (couldn't get a good enough leather jacket in time). I used previously bought shoes, socks and pants. I made my own box to hold a deck of cards, and emit a glow around them. I have the ability to throw playing cards, which is a HUGE bonus.
I used this costume yesterday for a costume, and i entered into a competition. Unfortunately, people don't seem to know who Gambit is. Oh well, looks like I'll just have to step it up next year somehow!
