This option allows for a very unfair advantage for muggers over people who travel. I went to Cayman got some money. The moment I landed, I got mugged. The exact second; I was watching the timer. If it wasn't for the torn tools Stake Outs option, I might have gotten away. I was at a very unfair disadvantage. Im not against the mugging thing; Im just against being disadvantaged because of a tool.

Edit: It was pointed out to me that TT refreshes every 30 seconds. So I was only being watched, nothing to do with the script. Again, I want to point out my post was never against mugging. Mugging is very fair game.

I am very fine with mugging. I was mentioning that the Torn Tools stake outs notification is unfair since it doesn't allow travelers the chance to escape a waiting mugger. Someone mentioned something about a 30sec cache, so I have been mistaken about the issue. Other than that, yeah mugging is totally fair game.
