R+ Great service! Was at 368 hits on my 500 kill streak merits and had irl commitments. Hugs and sluts came through with the hits and def. saved my kill streak.

Is this update suppose to show people who weren't in the faction at the start of the chain as making 0 hits to that chain? I wasn't in my faction during Elimination and I'm on the reports during that time as making 0 hits along with others who also weren't there. Looking back at our last big chain reports (beginning of Sept), members who have only recently joined our faction for the first time (as in, not a returning member like myself) are shown on those reports as being inactive.

I would think that faction leaders are going to use this as a way to gauge member participation in a chain. They will likely kick those who continue to show to be inactive during multiple chaining sessions, looking back at older reports for this information. I think adding the extra step of confirming who was actually in the faction at the start of the chain seems like more work than it should be.

TL;DR Shouldn't this new feature just highlight who was in the faction at the start of the chain and didn't make hits?

Been receiving multiple notifications for the same event for a while usually stops it's self after about 10 or so notifications.

Monthly drop caused my phone to go haywire, causing my phone to reset itself multiple times and starling me out of sleep. I tried adjusting notifications in the app but just ended up uninstalling completely.

I have 403 on my home wifi. Have to switch to mobile which sucks for anything other than training

I thought it was a good day. I used the extra one point to buy the 7 merits I was holding off on because I didn't want to spend the money.

Overall, I like these new holiday specials, keeping things interesting without having to use my E. Hopeful they bring the 420 one back because I still haven't OD :(

IDK the answer to your question but what would be considered a melee mod? Like adding spikes to them or poison on the blade or something? I'm genuinely curious because this isn't the first time I've seen someone ask about them.

Any training is better than no training so don't let your paralysis stop you from hitting the gym. Also, there is always going to be someone (even within your age range) that can beat you, it is inevitable.  The person who attacks you and wins today may start losing to you in the future but then there will be someone else who comes along who can beat you. The goal isn't to never lose but to not become a punching bag because you used the majority of your E outside of the gym.

If you are attacking and losing to people then you need to hit the gym and learn to pick better targets. Once you get to level 15 you want to use more E towards training than attacking. But do some attacks obv. there is nothing like flexing your new stats for a bit to break up long training sessions.

As to stat build, it is up to you. I have a more defensive build for many reasons that probably sound insane (future SE usage is probably the last reason because $$$) but its okay because, for my character, it works. Balanced works for others because they feel that they can adapt better to other builds by using drugs and temps to 'exploit' the weakness in other builds. Others have a more offensive build so they can hit hard and more often. Personally, I think if everyone has the same build this game would be boring.

I do recommend capping all your stats at 50m before committing too hard to a stat build. You may change your mind about your build or Ched may tweak something and it sucks going from gaining 300K @ 150E to 300. Even if you have a whored build I recommend you train your other stats.

Everyone's plan is to use SEs later on, but, realistically, not everyone can afford it because of the cash involved. You're already in a PI so good start. Next, work on getting basic training materials of 3 Xanax and an E refill a day. 

 

TL;DR As long as you aren't in an extremely whored build you should be fine. Enjoy your game. This game is fun even if you aren't a young stat monster. :)

Good to see others enjoying themselves in the game. Sometimes its not about how much respect a block is worth but about how much fun you can create within your faction to keep them interested.

On a personal note spending 500m a day on anything is a lot of money to me. Good job on your teams pulling it together.

I have a bottle of Mistletoe Madness at 145,85. Kinda bummed out; I thought there was some secret way of getting over there. Took me a while to figure out it was just a bug.

Yes, DoctorN offered easter egg alerts but then Ched lowered the egg spawn rate of those using it. Some other features of DoctorN were disabled (i.e. travel hub) during the comp as to not anger the egg spawn gods.

Basically, the egg feature was legal but Ched didn't like it so he tinkered with a few settings. However, the Easter egg hunt was a competition and Christmas Town is not, so no telling what Ched's response to this script will be.

I am also having this problem on mobile. Tapping on the text box results in the line lifting up as of you were trying to reorganize your display case. Both short taps and long taps showed the same results

Using Chrome browser on Android.

I have not had an opportunity to check on my laptop.
