I've bought a few plushies (or atleast I thought that I bought them) from switzerland a while ago, but then later on they didn't show up in my inventory. That was the second time items randomly vanished from my inventory. I don't have any screenshots of those issues, but after being advised by staff to document such issues, I've captured a similar event, but this time items were added to my inventory instead of being removed. Screencap included below.
I don't have the timestamps for the plushies vanishing from my inventory, but what I do have is the screenshot showing that I have a large number of empty blood bags. Whenever I used an empty blood bag, more appeared until they stopped at the number you see in the screenshot. I had 4 empty blood bags, and whenever I used one, many more appeared instead of of me having just 3 empty blood bags from 4, because I used one.
