I am thinking about the possibility of government here in Torn City since this game is highly related to real life. What if there is also a voting process for ranks and presidency, it could be more exciting as with complexity.
If the management of this game will perhaps give the opportunity to apply government in Torn City, perhaps player will provide much attention to play since it requires time to time participation. it is somehow questionable after using energies and nerves about what will do next. If there is a standing participation all the time, active player will gain much advantages than inactive even though some player are covertly helping other to grow faster.

Yearly, president will receive benefits together with his suburdinates . Of course the suggested Torn City government will me unlike with the ranks and responsibilities in reality. I can suggest furthermore if they give chance. This will be interesting if you think about it because as i have observed in this game, only those among high battle stats dominating this game but how about other aspect?
