I had the issue earlier where I spun the wheel of awesome and no stop button appeared. I let it spin for a few minutes and then finally refreshed and got a countdown timer. No money was withdrawn and no spin was reported as seen HERE.
I am also including a screenshot of the current timers HERE.
This issue occurred using Google Chrome/ Windows 10.

Philistine (475622) was a great man who will live on in our hearts even though he has left this cruel world.
Would really like to wish his family a Merry Christmas from all of us in Relentless and I'm sure most of Torn as well!

From the newspaper article: The makers of Love Juice are aware of this fact, and have therefore scheduled regular shipments of Love Juice to the docks from noon on the 13th to midnight on Valentine's Day. To clarify, while the "effects" of Love Juice will last "48 hours" from noon on the 13th, the item will stop appearing at the docks after midnight on the 14th.
That combined with the Facebook post implies that Love juice will spawn for 36 hours but the effects will last for 48 hours (12 hours after they stop spawning in the city). There was no mention of the cooldown changing.
