May I ask, I have submit a Mr/Mrs Torn image just now (12 July 2018). But I just realized that I had cropped the image due to the limited pixels size to upload for Torn City, which is (2048 x 2048) pixels.
Now, my friends told me that I can re-size the image without cropping it, by using free online software. So I had done editing it and it looks good to me because the image is not cropped and the size had been fixed to (2048 x 2048) pixels. Therefore, I want to re-submit new Mr/Mrs Torn image with the new image that I had edited.
Is it okay to do so? Would my new submission will be accepted?
Selling 1 Skateboard as a booster at 445 mil. Price can be negotiable. First come first serve!

What is the meaning of both on a piece of paper in the photo? Do we need to take a picture while holding a piece of paper?
