Nice thread. You maybe should add all the edu' reduction bonuses so you can do those courses quicker?
Dunno what the max is, but with passive 10% from principle job, 20% from merits and the adept faction bonus you're taking 30% off easily, which can be upgraded further working for a sports team. :)
