I belong to newb Players but this http://www.torn.com/profiles.php?XID=1668319 keep bountying me (with masking her name) without a reason . Why do I know its her , because the time stamp she bountying me and my friends. I agree with L4suicide [15699] idea but I think the cost should be doubled in each bounty if you re bountyng someone that never made contact / attackng you, so it can stop a bullying for newb like me. Or for the better more Torn should listed a new rules about some Bounty Abuser that keep doing it to ruin someone play,
