Hi! I'm a returning player after a few years of absence. I do use TornTools, but disabled it to take the screenshots and validate as recommended :) When I was browsing for a new honor bar for my profile, I noticed that despite my tracked job points spent being at 7,943, these two merits hadn't popped. Not sure when these awards were added, but they may not have been available at the time I achieved this level of job points spent. I think that if I spend some job points on something other than a career promotion it may fire these awards, but I haven't had the chance yet. Just wanted to point it out since I thought it was odd!
Used this service to place around ~150 losses on two separate contracts, and service is high quality and consistent.
