Hi everyone i dont know what do u call this . i was in a day off and start think if i need to get this rare merit really soon , i need to do it now when i dont join to any faction and also in the full silence (no trade chat , bazaar trading , gambling and etc) . finally after playing the game for almost a day i did it !!! achieved the 500 kill streaks and lots of merits and its cost almost 200 millions . but its definitely worth it in age 31 .
