Hello! I have to players planning to leave my company and they've given me a little time to find replacements. New players are welcome. All benefits pertain to racing. faster racing experience increase, discount custom parts for car upgrades, free random cars, free racing points and if you crash while racing you lose no car parts. I train everyone once per day, but I do not sell extra trains. Pay depends on stats, currently maxing at $120K per day but if shop performance and income go up I can bump pay up a little bit. Thanks for your interest.
**Positions have been filled- thank you for your interest.**
My donator status ran out and the link to click to renew it ("Low energy? Speed up recovery times...) isn't working. It's not even showing as a link, just writing on the screen. And I can't highlight it, like I can with most writing, if that matters.
I have several positions open at my mechanic's shop. Benefits are all related to the racing mini-game. Pay starts at 60K per day for noobs, and I can go higher depending on your work stats.
Hardcore History would be my favorite, I've listened to every episode at least twice. Small Town Murder would probably be my second favorite, true crime told my comedians. Not a mix that will work for everyone, but I always enjoy it. We Hate Movies would likely be my third favorite, although they don't cover pre-2000's movies as often as they used to and I love their riffing on stuff I grew up seeing. They still hit some from the 80's/90's here and there but focus on newer stuff more often.
Thick as a Brick by Jethro Tull- the entire album is one song so if you're going to try it out be ready for 40 minutes. This came out before I was born but I love the album/song, listen to it at least once a month.
Twin peaks The Prisoner (1967 BBC show) The Unit Alias The X-files
Little caveat on The Prisoner- this show is pretty weird. Twin Peaks is weird in its own way but The Prisoner is really out there at times, and still fairly bizarre at the best of times. I love it, but if you try the first episode and hate it, don't keep going. It's going to get way stranger at times.
I'm overall quite enjoying it too. They've made a few changes from the video game story line but nothing that I feel takes away from it. Actors are all doing very well with it, and the monster design on the Clickers is really great.
Idea for a feature- I keep flying when my faction's OC is ready, I notice the alert maybe half the time. An option where I could disable the travel button when the OC is ready could be very useful. I'd recommend it be something players can switch on and off as not all players or factions might be overly concerned with this. Thanks for all your work on this extension, it is a marvel!

I currently have two open positions at my mechanic's shop I'm looking to fill. All job perks are related to racing, but the "random car" job perk can be transitioned into money through the item market or auction house. Pay for noobs is $60k per day, more experienced players with higher stats can earn more. Please apply if interested.

I have two positions open now- possibly a third in the very near future. Mechanic's shop's benefits are primarily related to the racing portion of Torn- no losing a car if you crash, discount on racing parts. But you also can change in job points for free random cars, which if you don't race can be sold for extra money.
Mechanic's shop's don't generate a ton of revenue so it won't be the best paying job- but I train everyone just about daily and sometimes twice a day.
Pay starts at $60k per day if you're new to the game, and I can go a bit higher depending on your work stats.
Applications are open now, so please apply if you're interested. I travel a fair bit in-game and I can't be on all day, so if you apply and it expires, re-apply at your nearest convenience.
American Muscle is looking for two employees to come join our forces. We are a 9* mechanic shop, offering job-point perks such as racing points, discounts on car parts, and free random cars. I am willing to take on newbies with low stats, as well!
I offer daily trains once you're in the company three days (Torn's rules, not mine), all I ask is that you do your best to log in daily to keep your efficiency up.
I have a PI for the next 100 days, happiness is 4225. Looking for a spouse for 100 days who will pay the upkeep of $100,000 per day. Drop me a line if you're interested.
