Was viewing item market (Feb 14th 2018 roughly 1-2pm ZULU) then ended up in hospital.
There was no event notification, all it said was simply "Shot in Stomach" with roughly a 14 min timer.
I also feel I should mention this was within 15 mins of picking up the Love Juice (not sure if that has anything to do with it)
THAT CONCLUDES USEFUL BUG INFORMATION. PLEASE CONTACT FOR ADDITIONAL INFO THAT PERTAINS TO THE BUG, IF REQUIRED.

I didn't play RR at all today. at 1am UTC I did however.. but that was roughly 12hours prior

Negative, it was earlier... it would have been around 1-2pm Zulu (utc)
Also looks like you replied just seconds after I came to the same conclusion of leaving out the unnecessary info
