I'm currently in search of a good RPG to play through. Anyone have any favorites to share?

Have you guys played the new demo for Resident Evil yet? It looks like we are finally going to get a game that is actually frightening

With all of the protesting that has been happening lately, little to no success has been achieved through protesting since the Occupy movement. When we look at history, protesting and civil disobedience are the most useful tools in creating social change. With that in mind, the most successful protests have been non-violent protests in which everyday life is challenged. This is achieved through public sit-ins at public places and assembly at local businesses. In today's world, one needs to typically go through a lengthy process of getting permits to even assemble in a park, and many times, it's just illegal based on local laws.



My next question is this: When do these local laws and permit requirements impede on our rights to peacefully assemble and to practice free speech?

I'm currently working as an IT administrator at a medium sized medical company. My boss is trying to force me to fully integrate everyone into iPhones. The past few weeks of doing this has been absolute hell, everyday I'm more surprised at just how restrictive and non-communicative Apple's software is. I do not understand any business owner who wants to use Apple products in their business.

i would say it's more important to clearly acknowledge the right to protest than the right to "not be bothered by others protesting". Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Assembly are very clear rights, while you don't necessarily have the explicit right to be immune to the Speech of others.

The commander in chief does not have nearly as much power as we give them credit for. There have been many MUCH worse presidents in history than both the candidates today. The president can only do as much as the senate is willing to play ball with, and if something crazy happens, there will be plenty of people jumping to start an impeachment trial.

Damn I remember listening to Angerfist way-back-when. I wasn't aware that he was even still active haha

You guys should check out Funhaus, they play a lot of horrible games to make fun of them. They have a whole series where they play games from old demo-discs
