AB+ is the universal recipient, O- is universal donor, but whatever. You (probably) passed biology so you know how blood types work. So then, I’m forced to wonder why they’re priced basically at random! As I’m sitting in my faction medical tab, drinking down a couple packs, I decide to check the prices on blood bags. You’d expect O- to be the most expensive, seeing as it can be used by anyone; but actually, AB- is the leader. By a decent margin, too. WHY??? Why has the cruel invisible hand of the market/fate decided to make AB GOD DAMN NEGATIVE the most expensive? Even if you’re self hosping, you might as well just pick a different blood type to do it with, that’s CHEAPER. Ok I’m done, but seriously people whyyyyyy
