The books were good until memnoch. That was where I lost interest. Movies were fun. I have to say the use of the song "sympathy for the devil" well placed. Also orgies "slept so long" also an addictive tune. I do have to say the underworld vamps were kinda my favorite. I wonder if Louis and Buffy met one night in a posh back alley. Also after seeing part of "twightlight" And how popular that series got I think most vamps are trying to get their dignity back. I mean really "glistening" in the sun. How un vampy and degrading is that to the creatures of the night? I see something like bloodletting clubs closing down in favor of oiled up teenaged vampiric emos reading greek tragedies talking about their feelings and the art of eyebrow plucking. Long live the Vamps of old! Let there be teeth to that which goes bump in the night and not just the scent of axe bodyspray and a trail of tissues tears and unsuccessfull self esteem novels. In my opinion of coarse.
