Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Picked it up for $20 last week, finished my first play through, and now it's time for hard mode.

Sorry to hear about that D: hope you healed up without any problems. And yes, most people do have that mentality, I think of foreigners, or myself not learning a language in the slightest for a trip or moving to a different country as a "don't know, don't care" situation, but some of that is also just bias from personal experience from some of the people that live around me, but the amount of people who have learned English before or after moving is pretty astounding. I don't expect anyone to learn a different language instantly, but a little effort can go a long way. And you're right, it would be rare for it to be a massive issue.
