Tell me your favourite dinosaur and I will give you information about it.
Mine is the Microceratus. A ceratopsian dinosaur, related to it's much more famous cousin Triceratops, and they were herbivores. They lived in the Late Cretaceous period about 86-66 million years ago.
They were found in what is now China and Mongolia. They are teeny tiny little guys, they only grew to about half a metre long. They were originally named Microceratops, but 50 years later scientist realised that the name had already been taken by a species of beetle, so the name was changed. The name translated to "small horned."
