right before results started coming in, market odds for brexit went to like 9:1 for remain in betting markets (90% probability of remain) so there were some stupidly cheap ways of buying a huge amount of upside in case it ended up going leave
i bought some options extremely cheaply and made a whole lot of money when the tables turned and leave won - essentially for every dollar or risk i had ~ $20 of upside ended up helping alot since my salary took a huge hit because of the pound weakening ;)
i attended a performance of carmen a couple years ago when i lived in the usa it's always been one of my favourites (largely due to the overture and the aforementioned habanera) so it was amazing to see it live
i had never listened to alexander nevsky but it is fantastic i'm only a decade and a half into deep classical listening as i didn't have easy access when i lived in india (until i was 18)
