100 morphine from somebody and other med items from people cuz I was getting bountied relentlessly. I expressed my gratitude in a carefree way but I'm actually more grateful than I can admit. I just wanted to send a message to the anonymous bountier but I ended up with a bunch of nice people instead.

Ok so I don't really have a joke but this seems fairly relevant so I'll try my best. "Knock knock" "Who's there?" "There's a phenomenal decrease in the number of bounties listed." We went from almost 1500 pages of these things to less than 50 overnight. I doubt they'd all been collected so quickly considering the sheer number and length of time hospitalization lasts. I suppose they could have been bought off but I'm wondering if, in light of recent articles I've seen in the paper, the staff may have stepped in or something. There's barely any listings for level 1 players and I'm not sure what to make of it yet, but considering I'm amoung the people who've been bounties so ruthlessly, I take a keen interest in these events and intend to continue to investigate. It's my hope this will be all cleared up and I can insanely rant about more positive things like gambling and crime. In any case, more thank yous to everyone who has sent me stuff including a recent sender who's fate is now sealed but in a good way."

Yes, I've indeed been hatching several plans to combat this guy. However the fact my nemesis has been anonymously posting these bounties has been a big problem for me, since I can't tell who to enact my revenge upon. And I'm not about to target the people collecting them since they're just unwitting pawns in this person's vile plot. ...Also because I tried enacting my revenge on one of them, only to find out why they were able to hospitalize me to begin with...
Currently I've just been splurging on medical items as to render their bounties pointless and hoping they'll just run out of cash. But what I'd really like is to flush them out of hiding and resolve this matter in a way that doesn't involve making me throw away nearly a million every week on morphine.

It might be predetermined, but from my honestly mediocre level of experience and harrowing gambling addiction, I think I've noticed a pattern.
Typically when I stop the wheel I either land where I stopped, 180 degrees away from where I stopped (or across the wheel) or halfway in between those two spaces at 45 degrees from where I stopped. You're still rolling the dice but I find it increases my chances of a good spin.
