When I first found this place, I was big into gaming, PC and X box, World of Tanks, Warcraft, Battleships, etc. A few months after becoming a citizen here my dad was diagnosed with dementia. Even with dealing with him for what seemed 25 hours a day and 8 days a week, I was still able to escape to Torn and at least keep up with the education, gym and searching the city. Somewhere along the way I quit gaming but still held on to Torn. In just the last year or so I feel like all I have been doing is just keeping it alive, not really playing.
My life has changed, and I feel like it is time for me to move on, so my question to you all is what is the best way to go out?
Do I sell off all of my things or do I use up some of them, i.e. parachute and skate board?
Sorry if I wasn't clear, it's not about my dad anymore, it's all about me. I was commenting on how Torn was an escape during that time. He is well taken care of now.
I have changed in how I approach life and instead of being behind a computer, I tend to find myself outdoors a lot more than I used to.
Torn is the only thing that I feel that needs to be... well, alive, at this point in my digital world. I sort of feel chained to it.
I see some options above that I may try before I go the way of the dodo.
