That said if hemi wasn't actually involved in the blackmail, etc then my guess is they won't be perm fedded.

This response is disappointing on so many levels.

Regardless of the distribution method, you've introduced game-breaking items (your words) and that's a mistake. To see you casually acknowledge that's what they are, yet not see a problem with it, is hugely concerning for the future of this game.

Do you recognize why people play this game for years/decades? Besides community/relationships, we play because those years of effort pay off. If we work harder/smarter than our rivals, we can beat them. Sure they can win a slots jackpot or buy DPs, but they can still only use that money in the same ways that I can use my money. We're on a reasonably level playing field. There are tons of people who will always be ahead of me and they SHOULD be ahead of me because they've put more into it.

There are people who have spent nearly as much time playing this game as you have developing it. While most of us assumed nobody would ever catch Bodybagger, some set that goal and achieved it. We're able to set our own goals because we know we're all playing by the same rules. Unless RNG determines you get to play by different rules thanks to a "game-breaking item". That would be "fantastical" and something "players can only dream about". Screw your time and effort, says Ched, dream you fools.
