Players that are able to revive should be able to have a toggle-able version of the hospital chat.

Also as to what cadster said I too like the idea of dedicated chats for revivers

Personally I think having free 30 mission credits a day is pretty decent, also 72 hr bounty protection, I'd say it's Fair

"Are you sure you want to remove "username" from your friends list yes/no"

I suppose this could also be asked when removing from enemy/blacklist

Am canadian using Rogers Ignite internet while on WiFi no chat bars are present on any app
Chrome,TornPDA,Safari,Firefox, (unsoppurted torn app)

Turning off WiFi and going onto Mobile Data allows chats to come back (weird)
