I personally recommend MalwareBytes Anti Malware. The issue with run time scanners like Norton and CCleaner (Which is crapware) is that they do not look for signature characteristics of malware, they only check from dictionaries. Therefore, if you code private malware, it will go undetected by the AVs. MalwareBytes resolves that by looking at features that are unique to Malware. I recommend the following:

On a clean PC or related device with a USB Port, copy MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, the USB version (Chameleon) to a flash drive
Run the infected device in safe mode (Assuming you're running Windows, you haven't specified the OS, but these issues are mainly on Windows). Then, make sure your device is disconnected from the internet. This will prevent any network based malware running in memory from relaying information that you are removing this malware. Run MalwareBytes Anti-Malware from your USB Drive, and follow the instructions, make sure you do a complete scan. Instructions will be there, I recommend quarantining all Malware, and deleting Malware that you are certain is not a false positive.

Follow the instructions and let me know if its helpful.

You seem to be infected by a generic Adware. However, I cannot make a diagnosis without knowing complete details, I am not a Malware dictionary program.

Edit: I originally formatted my post really nicely, but it loses its formatting once I make the post.

Also, in the future, don't write on the forums that your device is infected, and that you are not "computer savvy" with an account that is affiliated with Torn staff. It may make you a potential target of attacks.
