I am an idiot..
If you own a laptop, you can do a bunch of shit while flying around, I think we should include gambling. Everything in the casino should be available via a laptop. Internet gambling and such. Everything minus the RR, and the STW.
I had both of these missions, A Thor Loser you get Duke's Hammer, and with Batshit Crazy, you get Duke's bat.
Well I wasn't able to complete A Thor Loser, and both Duke's Hammer, and Duke's Bat, were missing from my inventory after I failed Thor Loser.
Now, I cannot complete Batshit Crazy because I don't have Duke's Bat. I assume there was a bug in the Thor Loser mission (when failed) that removed all of "Dukes" items from your inventory, not just Duke's Hammer.
I'd dump billions into this option, stocks are selling at around 80% to 110% right now, those are nice margins we can all make money from.
I have completed the Intravenous Therapy biology course, but I still cant fill blood bags. Any idea why, or am I not getting something?

Wait until it goes above what you paid for it, then sell it. Another way is to buy enough of a certain stock to get dividends or bonuses from owning a certain amount of said stock.

Part of the whole laptop thing, you can gamble online while away from Torn City. Not the spin the wheel or Russian Roulette. But the Torn Online Casino should be on the laptop, pre-installed, before you even buy it with points (or money).
