So I'm having an issue about putting in amounts of cash, say into my bank account. If I have 8 million and I want to put in 4 million it automatically jumps to my entire amount I have on hand. No matter what I type in. Is it just something I'm doing wrong?
I seem to be stuck on level 11 and have been for about a month now. I play everyday multiple times a day. I did not pass on leveling up. Shouldn't I be moving on to level 12 or 13? Am I just missing something? I only play on a mobile device. Through Google browser.
My profile says I am a level 11 but I can play poker in the casino which is unlocked at level 13. I did not pass up the level up so what's going on? I would like to have the extra life of leveling up, so anyone have ideas?

I was looking at the award progress. I was still trying to get a handle on the game. I was just being a noob. Not more than 10 minutes after I posted the last comment I gained a level. Where is the fortune teller?
The issue is showing up while on my android phone. It problem didnt start up until last week. Then it just started doing it. That's what I get for playing at work all of the time! I will just use my computer from now on.

Well I guess I was just a whiney noob. I left 3 people on the street and it and I'm up to level 12 now. Thank you for all of the help and info on this!
I try to split energy between working out and beating people up. I do as many crimes as I can when I'm logged on also. I do theDuke missions whenever they come up. I've never changed my tactics yet for game play.
