Wish granted. You are now immortal, super intelligent, good looking male of above average height, and not trapped in any way.
You are now also the only human. There's no one to prevent you from going anywhere. There's nothing keeping you on earth, you have access to any form of transport, as per your 'not trapped' request, but there's not a single other living being. As there are now no living creatures, no plants, you have the sole luxury of watching the now empty earth crumble around you, thinking of the last thing you heard from another being: "Wish granted."
I wish I could do anything to keep the people I care about safe.
