When we rent a property, can the game indicate the precise time when the rental period will expire? (At present, it says "x days" - this is too coarse.) I was evicted from my rented PI before I expected and loss 2000 happy. Torn is otherwise very good at providing data, statistics etc.

Each of the tenancy on my last rented two properties ended at 0330 - and I know I did not start the tenancy at this time. Is this a fixed expiry time?

Butters observation matches what I have read elsewhere. I searched the city for the first time after two days' play and found four items. None on the third day though. :-(
