I'm having the same issue on craps. With $10m on pass line as well as the field. When I try to roll die it says I need to place a bet. Once I place a bet and hit roll it gives me the "incorrect hash..."
I placed the same amount on the initial bet (being $10m on the pass as well as on the field on the come out roll) and the error went away! Woo!
