That's not the only problem with bounties.
I'm most likely not the first person to notice this but half of the bounties you see in the $10,000 area all show up with level 1, 2, 3 and so on
but have access to late game weapons and armor.
$10,000 bounties are meant for new players trying to get their footing in the game and it's being ruined by a level one having a gun which can do over 150 damage in one shot.
If you agree with me on this subject, please spread this message to other threads, the people I am talking about are ruining the game for everyone.
