I recently noticed that, while saving up for 7 merits for Rifle mastery, it seems my 6 merits (always hovering under my points, level, money and name) have disappeared. Is there anything that could result in the merits disappearing or would this be classified as a bug?
On a separate note, I've noticed in my endeavors to mug citizen of torn, some people are seemingly invincible. I've come across 2 individuals, I cannot remember names unfortunately, who can take 10's maybe 100's of hits without acquiring a point of damage. Has anyone encountered this and is it also considered a bug?

I did actually accidentally use the 6 merits, however, the second encounter is an anomaly... I guess 18 is correct in the sense that these citizen disguised their level.... Although I hit them numerous times, my hits amounted to zero. I'd always love for someone to confirm this information, but, thanks for everyone's help to this point!
