So I guess it's going global in March. There is no stopping it. I personally do not feel comfortable scanning a govt ID or doing a facial scan. Discord just had a data breach not too long ago. Will factions continue to use Discord in the future or do you think factions will figure out a workaround and use another site to communicate with one another?

This is comedy gold. I don't know if your post is for real or if it's a bit. If it's a bit then it's very good. You created quite the character.
I've had a couple issues as of late concerning Torn Tools. The first issue is that on my little dashboard when I receive an event and then check it the event goes away on Torn, however on my little dashboard it doesn't go away. Take for instance I have one event. On my mini dashboard up in the right hand corner it still has the number of events and it is highlighted in blue. It's not clearing. So right now after I already checked my event, there is still a little blue box that is hovering over the mini dashboard and it has a 1 (as in one event) as if I did not yet check the event. When I actually click on the dashboard it says I have no events. It's just that blue number that remains.
The other thing is that I lost my networth live update.
Both of these things happened to me about three days ago. I tried clearing my browsing history a number of times and I have also reset my browser but that has not fixed the problem for me.
I use Windows 11 and I use Chrome as my browser.
The main concern is not the weapons. This script mainly makes armor much less effective. If you know a guy is using EOD, then you attack hard with a Puncture melee. If you know they are wearing Riot gear, you use bullets. I think you get what I am saying. I know this script is legal, but the devs might want to review this one again. This deserves another look, a thorough look. Some gaming ethics might be in question here.
I feel it is unprofessional for Ched to be talking to paying customers the way he is doing it here in this forum. He says he feels like he is babysitting a bunch of babies and he is saying players feel way too entitled, etc. Very unprofessional. No matter how you view the changes in the game, it is wrong for him to reply to customers in that manner no matter what. People who pay for the game are the ones putting food on his table and I feel it is very ungrateful for a business owner to speak to customers like that. He might want to give up replying directly and hire a public relations firm to reply to customers in the forums because the way he is going about it is pure rubbish. If he can't take a little heat for the changes he made and if his skin is THAT thin then maybe he needs to hire someone else to speak for him because he is really dropping the ball on customer relations with his posts.

Yeah, you are correct. I just checked now. I mistakenly thought they paused all overseas missions. They really should. Fighting without armor is never recommended. Maybe a warning could be given such as, "If you choose to accept this mission you will not have your loadout available." At least then I could decline it if I knew. Otherwise it is a big drain on time and E.
I think this might be a glitch. I got an overseas mission but I thought overseas missions were paused until we got our loadouts back. When I arrived I had no weapons or armor. No loadout. I believe that was supposed to be a temporary thing? I thought overseas missions were supposed to be discontinued until we got our loadouts back?
I was given a mission to attack and defeat someone overseas. I had no weapons and armor and my kick was not sufficient. I lost. I thought that our loadout overseas would show up by now. I guess not, but I don't know why. I also thought that overseas missions were to be paused until we got our loadouts back. Does anyone know when we will get our loadouts back overseas?
***Note: I double checked and it is only the Safari mission that got paused. However, all overseas missions should be paused until we get our loadouts back because fighting without armor is absurd.
But the question still remains... does anyone know when we will get our overseas loadouts back?

I started to use Chat 3.0. I click "disable flash" on faction chat because I am sensitive to lights and pop ups. But whenever I click on another window on Windows 11 (Chrome browser) and then I click on the Torn window again, the flash is enabled again. I can see the settings wheel turn a little bit for a one second when I click back on the Torn window. The fist icon is green again and it is showing the number of messages. It's as if Torn loses its memory of your settings when you go to other window sessions and then click back on the Torn window. I can hide faction chat completely to prevent this but it's not practical to completely hide faction chat.
But the biggest issue is...
The settings wheel spins for one second every time I refresh Torn too or click back on the Torn window. The chat module is re‑initializing every time the browser tab regains focus, which causes the wheel to spin for a second. I don't know how to stop that. Even if I hide chat completely, the settings wheel reamins and spins for a second every time I do something in Torn or come back from another window. It spins for a second after I click on anything such as City or Properties or Crimes or anything. In other words, It visibly re‑initializes a UI component every single time I interact with the page. It keeps showing me the UI reload animation. It's an accessibility issue.
Can we not remove Chat 2.0? Can we not retire it? Chat 3.0 makes Torn almost unplayable for me because of sensory issues.

I hear what you're saying. It's good to spice things up once in a while. I sure like to grind, but I also like real ranked wars. I feel like the game is less interesting without real ranked wars. It's a very important function of the game that many players don't use. I mean, why train so much and buy nice weapons and nice armor if you aren't going to use them? Amirite or amirite?
