Given how often I have heard the targets on Baldr's guide are hospitalized, I made this for younger players in my faction and decided to share it here. The main criteria for choosing targets is: Level 1 - 25, Crimes less than 100, 1+ year inactive, and less than 2k Battle stats.
All targets between level 15 - 25, Less than 2k total battle stats.
387 targets to pick from - There should always be something available! Please let me know if there are issues with any of the listed targets.
Using Spreadsheet magic, I sorted them by Level -> Awards. Enjoy!

The company I work in, Back Acres, Needs 2 (Two (²)) employees of the highest work stats possible, and dedication to a difficult (but achievable!) goal!
It's a farm. Farms, have the best energy special in Torn when it hits 10* (7e per 10jp, Maximum of 100jp per day can be spent on ANY energy related special)...but we're not 10* yet.
So, we need 2 people who are active, rehabbed frequently, and willing to remain in a zero-pay but excellent job, until we've hit our previous location at the top of the ranks (for a little while, anyway, shit's f**king hard!).

Ragtag is the guy with final say...I hear if you send him $1 with a message about how good his hair smells he'll be more likely to choose you. **We deeply appreciate all interested applicants, however only the 2 most fitting candidates will be chosen for these pig-poo-pile positions.
I was approached with the same offer, and having been nowhere near as present lately as I'd like to have been, honestly? That's a fair offer to me.
