Finally reached my goal of 100 skill as a freelance reviver after ~1,800 sessions with a hospital's defibrillator. Doing this without a single day in a faction or any job that would boost that process was a completely unnecessary hard mode, but I’m glad I stuck it out.
Currently, I am not affiliated with any faction in the game, and I am not married. I choose not to commit to these obligations due to time constraints, as I am aware that I wouldn't be an ideal companion. However, I genuinely enjoy playing with friends and engaging in conversations with fellow players within the company I am associated with. Although it may seem peculiar, it's simply my personal preference. Nonetheless, I frequently receive requests, on weekly or sometimes daily basis, from individuals asking if I would like to join their faction, company or marry them. It has become more than just slightly annoying; it has become tiresome - because I always try answering people. Hence, I would like to suggest a feature similar to LinkedIn's "looking for a job right now" option. This feature would be prominently displayed on the profile, near the top, clearly indicating whether I am interested in joining a faction, getting married, looking for a new job etc. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if these preferences were searchable, enabling interested individuals to easily find compatible players, instead of spamming their IMs blindly.
While travelling (in the example here it's Africa, I'm not sure about other countries), if you visit any profile page and try reading information from your own hovertips - you cannot, as TORN logo is covering them:
But would it not have been well worth to guest for the process? Or at least done it in a faction to accomplish their revive perk challenges? At least you didn't let anything stop you.
Perhaps. Alas, it was the challenge itself that was the point - to see if I'm stubborn enough to waste all of this time and energy without giving up. No faction, no drugs (at all), just pure pain and suffering. :D
if you want to put your newfound 100 skill to use, you could do much worse for a home, if you have any interest.
I've been considering joining a medical faction. Maybe one day!
I hope your next venture in the game is less painstaking. Hunting 100 when?

1. I would pay off my mortgage to have clear mind. 2. After that, half of the money goes to parents, no objections from me on that part. If not them, I would not be able to win, because I wouldn't exist. 3. I would help few closest friends with illnesses that do need a lot of money and they cannot afford it, surgeries etc. 4. I would nicely decorate my small apartment and not go wild with buying a villa or so. 5. After all of that, with few millions still available, I would quit my job or go half-time (or less) and start to travel, see places, because memories are priceless. ~
