Who has been watching the world cup? Is anyones team not going to make it to the round of 16? What was the best upset or comeback so far? Who agrees that USA is going to win it all? I wanna know yall's thought about the world cup.
As you might now IRL, Narcan is used to help reverse the affects of an OD.
So I can see this being implemented either 1 of 2 ways (maybe more but my brain is small).
You can obtain the items by either buying it from the pharmacy or stealing from hospital or some other company.
Ways to Implement:
Option 1)
If you have it the item when you OD, you will be prompted to take the Narcan. If you select no you OD like you normally do and the same effects apply. If you select yes you want to use it, then you will get an X% chance of "recovering from the OD". If you successfully recover you don't lose any energy or happiness, but your addiction skyrockets.
or
Option 2)
If you OD, then you go to the hospital as normal. But instead of being just revived, someone can come in and use narcan on you. Again there can be a X% chance of it working but if it does, then you are released from the hospital, happiness and energy restored to full but addiction still skyrockets.
You can also have awards and honor bars tied to this. You can have one for surviving an OD, or helping a friend survive an OD. You can do awards that get unlocked for doing 1,10,100 successful Narcan revives.
I think there is a lot of potential here and could be implemented a lot of different ways, but I think it would add another layer to the drug life in the game.

If this is not a bug I am sorry for wasting your time.
But when playing Roulette, I can't stack chips. I can only place 1 chip on a tile. So if I wanted to place a $2mil bet I couldn't. I don't see any other way to increase my bet besides placing chips on the table.
I know in craps, I can't place as many chips as I like on a tile and it just keeps counting up until I get the bet I want. 
Another event chedded. Clearly torns RNG system is severely broken. It shouldnt be this hard to implement.
