Handicaps basically means that team stated starts with the stated score. This is usually applied when one of those teams suck a bit too much. So take the following example:
Womanchester United vs. Barrelona WMU vs. BRL It is assumed that BRL is weaker than WMU.
Betting Options: Womanchester United (-3) Barrelona (+3) Draw (-3)
"Womanchester United (-3)" means that WMU has to start with a score of -3 to 0, and still win the game. This means that regardless of the final score, WMU has to be ahead of BRL by 4 points. Let's say you bet on this option, if the final score is 6 to 2, you will win this bet. if the final score ends at 3 to 2, you will lose.
"Barrelona (+3)" conversely means that BRL has a headstart with a score of 0 to 3. Sounds OP, but remeber BRL is weaker. This means that regardless of the final score, BRL is allowed to lag behind WMU as much as 2 points. Let's say you bet on this option, if the final score is 4 to 2, you will win this bet. if the final score ends at 6 to 3, you will lose.
Draw (-3) means you're betting on the fact that WMU will start with -3 score and end up drawing the match. If the final score is 2 to 5, you will win. However, if the final score is 0 to 0, or 3 to 3, etc. you will lose the match.

Do the Deckhand (Cleaner), Bosun (Manager), Receptionist (Secretary), Marketer, and Specialist (Trainer) contribute to Company Income? I recall they only serve miscellaneous purposes like keeping the place clean or being the secretary but I'm not sure. Any ideas?
