I am a new player who knew the game through a page in which they spoke very well of the game and said that it is an accessible game for people with visual disabilities, which caught my attention and I decided not to play it. The same goes for the spear and the minigun. They do not have a menu of buttons, but all the options are completely graphic and impossible to manipulate for a blind person. The same goes for some games like the slot machine. although I do not care much about the slot machine, if I would be interested to be able to solve this problem or error of the objects, since although the people who see normally can play without problem, the blind people, that we are already some, it hinders the game by being somewhat inaccessible. the game of the slots does not interest me so much, even if they fix it much better :) I currently have a minigun that I can not equip or sell in the market. Hello, good afternoon. I have been qualified as Bot for a few months by the game's captcha system and I don't know how to do to forget. I have done things that I normally did not do in the game, (such as hunting to South Africa) others such as decline some missions, accepting a few, uploading my ability to relive people from the hospital, change crimes to Crimes2.0 and a long etc but Do whatever you do, captchas seem to be in love with me because they don't stop appearing. The height was fair a few minutes ago. After not entering the game approximately half a day, (largely because I was sleeping) when I entered it appears to enter a unique and temporary code that would be sent to my email. I entry it successfully and I can enter the game appearing on the home page. I see that I have three events pending to review and open the event link, getting a captcha before being able to see any of the three pending events. This happened in less than a minute, so I don't know what to do so that the captchas forget me. I sent some chats to several staff members about this problem and another very similar one that I had, (which was only my scare) and some sent me with other staff members, others told me nothing etc. A week ago, little more or less, I sent a permanent chat to a person from the person in charge of the captchas. He never answered me. I do not send private messages because they are something inaccessible for screen readers, (I am a blind player) and now I don't know what else to do. Investigating on my own, I discovered that there are some extensions for Chrome, (the browser that uses) that can be used to avoid captchas, including audio captchas. My question is. Since I can't avoid captchas, is it allowed to use these comlements? I have not downloaded any, I want to make sure before anything that is allowed. I would not want to be watched from the game after almost 7 years playing just by installing some accessories that avoid captchas that classify me as a bot when I am obviously none of these. I don't know what else to do, but I need the captchas to forget me and I forget them. Every one that appears to me, (more than ten times a day) I want to stop playing for months. The problem is that this only works for a short time because when I play again, I only have one or two weeks of peace without any captcha that appears to me. Then they return as before and the problem begins again. I appreciate any response you can give me, but that answer is worth much more if any staff member can delete me from the captcha system. As I said in the chat I sent to the person who never answered me, I am willing to give him my cell phone number, my email, Facebook or any other means that prefer, to the person of the staff who can eliminate me from said system. I just want to let me play normally, I don't ask for anything else. The problem is that during this Black Friday event, I could not buy any article from any Bazaar since when clicking with the right button in the name of the article, I was only shown the option to show more information. Nowhere did I find the option to buy the items and therefore I could not participate in the purchase of any object. I hope I do not divert the issue of the thread, but since I am expressing myself here and in case a staff member reads it, I want to advance that just as the purchase in this event was inaccessible, participating in Christmas events within the Completely graphic maps that are created for these events, is as inaccessible as buying in the Bazaares, if not even more. I have about seven years playing and although many things are accessible, many others are not and I would like them to be accessible, in order to have full access to the game and also be able to participate in events like these. Hello, good night everyone. I created this thread since I would like to suggest the incruption of new events related to countries that can travel within the game. As Mexican, on November 1 and 2 we celebrate the day of the dead, in which we remember our loved ones and we catch them, we do altars, we visited them in the cemeteries etc. Day 1 is for children who died before birth or in their childhood. Day 2 is for the rest of the dead people. That is in my state and neighboring states, but there are other parts of the country where it will be seized since October 26, with different days for different loved ones. For example, one day it gets altar to the mascot that died, another day to that son who could not live more than a few years etc. I do not pretend that an event about this date is specifically included, but I would like very much to have more events in the game, preferably related to the cultures of the countries that can be traveled within the game. It is not something necessary but I think it would give more activity to the game and I would make it even more fun than it is already. I see that there are several events every year, but there are several months in which nothing happens in relevance in the game and give a little more activity could be very nice for everyone. Or at least that is my opinion. I mentioned the day of the dead since at the moment in my city it is one of November and there are few hours left for day two. As Mexico is the first country in the list of destinations in the travel agency, I would like you to make an event associated with this country. I do not know if it or if someone else. In addition to that, while making the crime of looking for money at the fontain, in the Crimes2.0 section, the following text appeared for me a couple of times: "Lock in Progress". Then I looked for staff help and a person told me that it was not the one, to prove contacting another particular member of the staff. I contacted him and soon, the chats he had recently initiated empty, without any message. The message of "Lock In Progress" has not reappeared and for that reason, I have not been able to make a screenshot as "Vogie" suggested me, a player with whom I was recommended to speak the members of the Facebook page. Obviously I am not a bot and I would not like to lose account. I don't know if it's a bug and I didn't see a more suitable forum to post this, but I hope you can solve. In my humble opinion, earning merits through personal perks is considerably difficult, and taking into account the change that those personal perks don’t count unless you’re subscribed to a certain type of crimes, it’s a crime against the player if you’ll allow the pun.
Here’s my proposal: bring back the perks to how they were before. That is, if you're on Crimes 2.0, you should still be able to benefit from Crimes 1.0 advantages.
Another possible solution would be that the same items which give benefits for Crimes 1.0 could grant different perks for Crimes 2.0. Right now, I can’t think of any example of this, sorry. I hope it’s not too confusing.
Another potential solution would be to add more items to the game, but with all the items for Crimes 1.0, 2.0, and OC 2.0, there are already too many items to collect. And if you switch from Crimes 1.0 to 2.0, losing the perks you previously had is a considerable setback and an extra challenge when trying to earn merits by accumulating perks.
While it is possible to accumulate perks from the stock market, we have to consider that many perks are needed at once, and since this is not usually cheap, getting 150 personal advantages is probably only within reach for someone who wins the monthly lottery and invests all the winnings in the stock market a very unlikely scenario.

I'M a blind person, (i use a screen reader like jaws or NVDA) and this year approximately in the 4 first months, i download a audiogame, (is a tipe of game with only audio for blind players) and after of that, my computer is so rare. The problem is this. Sometimes, my arrow up is working like if i'm pressing the arrow, but i'm not pressing the arrow up. I uninstalled all of the game in my computer and during a various months, my computer whas normal. Recently, when i try play the christmas town, my problem come back and this is so upset becouse i cant read, play games, explore a page web ETC becouse when the problem come back, my screen reader only can read the text "arrow up" or similar. I cant explore anithing for this. I used avast, free and premium, (the version free for a month) c cleaner but the problem disappears for a month or a pair of months... but after come back. How can remove this problem? Also, i checked the arrow up for a fisical problem but it's not. My laptop is "asus" "windows 10". Please. change of laptop isn't a option actually becouse i cant buy a laptop new and i'm trying of solved this problem in my current laptop. Also, apparently i have a virus becouse i have a folder of music and after of this audiogame and this problem with the arrow up, somethings fails are corrupted. Now, i have 2 or 3 songs corrupted and i cant listen this songs. I have the same problem with a video of ASMR, (i like ASMR ☺ ) all this after of the play the audiogame. Hi again. I dont know if someone sayd this, but all items like purse and similar have a little money but values more. This is a example. The purse have 5000 coins and a credit card with a value for 8000 coins. 5000 + 8000 coins = 13000 coins, but the purse value 20000 coins. I have a lot of items and this has helped me a lot upgrading my network. I recommend keep the items, no open or only open 1 item and not sell and not trash.

I still can use TT. After what I explained in the previous message happened to me, uninstalled the tool and reinstated it after restarting my computer, but I still could not use it. Yes, that button exists and I have no problems to use it. The problem is that audios are only in English and are often audios of people whose original language is English. I do not speak much this language and to communicate I use the Google translator, (in text) so I do not know what an audio tries to say, either because they speak very quickly, because they include words that I do not know or for both.

My browser, (Google Chrome) was locked for a moment and in despair, I tried to make it react faster.
