I defeated 2/3 people on the list, but the last one is twice my level and I've been trying all day to no avail. Popped a Vicodin and I've come close a few times but he always wins. I don't have the education requirements for blood and I put a bounty on him but was told after that by the time he gets out of the hospital he'll be full health again anyway. Any tips/advice/assistance is appreciated!

Hi! Relatively new to the game. I wanna start the clock on honor bars and similar things for being in a faction but I'm not looking to spend all my time fighting or withering away in the hospital.
