If you look at the travel agency I left torn city at 00:03:31 5-28-18 went to the Cayman island and was mugged before I came back.
No, I was mugged three times and each time they got money. I withdrew the money from the bank and then flew directly to the Cayman Islands to deposit it. I was mugged after I got back so same second doesn't fit.
This hasn't cleared anything up, as I said, I was mugged for 14 million after I deposited all my money in the Cayman Islands. I was mugged again and they only took a portion of what I had on hand but after I deposited the money I was mugged repeatedly for much more than I had on hand. They attacked me three times for a total of 14million when I had less than 20k on hand. I think you must have a delay in when the game recognizes that you no longer have any money on hand to mug.
