I've been playing this game for around 8 years now and have never really visited the forums. Reading this thread, I see that some factions are hardcore!
On topic though - I'm a woman who plays Torn. How to attract more women to the game? Nothing - I think this game is tailored to a type of person who enjoys games of this type vs a male or female demographic. Everyone experiences this game differently. I only experienced minor harassment when I entered the Mr & Mrs Torn competition a few years ago just for fun. I'd hate to see this game in a way that is more feminine. Of course I'd love to change my outfits, but if that meant to drive more women into the game, it would come off as cheesy.
