it is worth it to stack, especially if you haven't finished your basket, because there is only so much E you can expend during the event that you can put toward upgrading your basket. the sooner you upgrade your basket, the sooner you start making money. that extra 1000e will help people get to the point where they can both get $ for treats AND extra E.
at the end of the day, halloween is also meant to be fun. if you have a stack of 1000e ready to go, you get to have much more fun off the start than some poor sod with 150e and 2 hours left on their xanax.

Some guy kept metaphorically dunking his sack in my mouth when I was a new player back in 2017. Bounties and mugging for no reason that I can remember. I even made a newbie forum post lamenting my misfortune. Safe to say I am now a solid few times bigger than him and regularly give his ass a little slap just to remind him who's boss. He's quit by now but it's going to be a nice reminder for him if he ever comes back.
