K. So. I'm new here, and cannot profess, for a second, to be an expert on Global Chat - I only escaped NP Chat a couple months ago.

However: global chat does appear to me (on my brief foray in there) to be (mysteriously) populated by weird individuals making posts that seem to incite others to bully/attack/bounty them...or...

A group of (equally weird) individuals that seem to have no aim in life other than to bully/attack/bounty said group of individuals that have the audacity to post anything in (what they perceive to be) their 'turf'.

Suspect imma get some bounties for this post. But, hey, it's 3 o'clock Sunday, and I'm on the wine (not whine) too early.

K. I'm only new(ish) to these forums, but this sounds totes legit to me.
