sorry I just read this thread again. I'm driving an Evo X... and still in Class B

I recently moved to Class B and had a similar issue with... um, winning. Just keep racing, really. Like BackAlleyBob said, Official events if you get to log in every few hours, or take longer, custom events when you go to bed. Driver's skills matters.
Sometimes it's also worth noting how the racing actually works. I see how my car performs there, and see what kind of upgrades to they need next? I never thought that braking is *that* important!
Eventually though, in my experience, you'll get to a winning streak and that very moment you knew that spending points on upgrades matter less - save them for higher levels. I just went to Class B last week and these days I'm already in 3rd or 2nd places. Hey, points do matter, even a single one.
