- 2 of your employees are inactive and 1 is in FED, that might drag your company down actually, try replacing them with people that can be active daily or at least kick them. - Fill up your company with employees. (i know it's hard but without them there's no income / profit for the company) - Try adding an advertising budget of 100-300k. - Try changing the prices of your sales to a lower amount (90% of the base price) so that you can have more costumers, then increase the price, slightly. (max +110 to 115% of the base price) - Assign your employees to Chandler and Salespersons, with 1 quality control guy, that's it. It depends on a few factors but usually, with staff that have 150% working stats for the selected position it should take between 150 to 200 days.

You do need to take into consideration the number of companies in that area (the more there are the harder it will be since maybe one of the 10* companies will have to derank in order to make space for 1 more) so your income needs to be better than any other 9* and a few 10*.

I have this 10* Amusement Park which brought profit every day for the past 1 year. In the beginning i had to actually invest some money but all in all, i invested 600 mil (my first 20 days expenses in which i climbed to 5*, back then the it had the old system of stars) and now I have a company which brings in ~120 mil per month as an average. (that's profit)
My weekly expenses are estimated to 74 mil, weekly income you can check it yourself.
If I would have to give an advice to anyone, here it is:
Think if you can log in every day and do research on the company to see how you can improve it. I'm saying this because some companies have stocks, in others you have to change the advertisement budget daily / weekly. If you don`t, grab a company which doesn't need maintenance, stocks and the competition is not high.
Think if you want the special, profit or both. From my point of view, you cannot really have all of them in most of the companies. There is high tier companies (oil, tv) which can bring in profit and a nice special but the rest, not that much. And even if there are, the competition for 1st place is quite high. You can also try and think outside of the box. One of my company employees had a brilliant idea which brought us 100's of mil of $$$ just by using our specials, something that I wouldn't have thought about.
The same old "It's hard to find employees" Well, not really. Every time someone from my company quits I can find a replacement in the next 2 days maximum with my strategy. This strategy is, I believe, the best way of getting low cost employees for any company. (Tarelli thought me btw) :D You could also say, "yeah but you have a 10* company". Sure, it's 10* but if you look at the specials they are not the best. Also, I would recommend to give out a bonus for something, days in the company, rank up, you won the lottery, Christmas time, their b-day, sometimes this keeps the employees motivated.
Regarding Low tier, Med tier, High tier, it's all about your budget. The thing is that after you will have your own company with all the employees filling in the right positions and bringing in a good income (because if you didn't then you Failed), then you can think about tiers of companies and what you want to be your next move.
My next move is to get an Oil Rig / TV but in order to do that I need to wait another few months because Amusement Parks don`t sell so easily. That said, i guess i'll keep it and have a friend run it for a while until he/she can pay the amount i want for it.

The matches would take ~1 day so anyone could have the time to place a bet on one of the 2 fighting dogs. There was also a dog market but not too many information about them, only the age and wins if I remember correctly.

In my opinion the most important ones are the ones which give you Productivity and Employee effectiveness. You can leave the "increase product prices" and the ones which are helping your advertising last, HR being there too.
Bachelor of Commerce can also be last (or before the LAW course) since you won`t profit from it until you have a fully upgraded / fully staffed company but also because you won`t be able to do it until you have everything else done in the Business Education. (as far as i remember)
Imagine it being like in real world, a 22 year old lad leading Facebook. So no, in this game your 10 days level 10 account would not effect the daily income of a company. What will influence your daily income is the lack of 2 Stock Benefits (TCP + TGP and CNC if you are aiming for an Oil Rig) and no education courses done (as in real world). :D

For an Oil Rig i don`t need any cleaners and my environment is at 100% with 12 employees and without any staff room.
