Able to use faction refills without upgrade · · 2 likes

Using Torn PDA's quick faction items feature, I was able to use faction points for energy refills before my faction had the points storage upgrade.

Two times I used faction refills before the upgrade:
06:45:02 - 19/03/23 You used 25 points from Revolutionary Cavalry on an Energy Refill gaining 150 energy
02:23:55 - 20/03/23 You used 25 points from Revolutionary Cavalry on an Energy Refill gaining 150 energy

And a log from our leader:
07:04:10 - 20/03/23 You set Point storage on Revolutionary Cavalry's core tree
