so im in the dilema on choosing the perfect set to help protect my low stats. just curious what others would build with 10 mil to improve defence and offence.

I know this game has been out for years and years but i have finally moved over to torncity after putting alot of time in to other tbg/rpg games.
i was hoping for some usefull advice of the more experianced members who may be willing to help.
The help i need is all information based. i dont want your items. money or to be your spouce (but it would be greatly appritiated if i had a few people on my friends list who i can ask questions without having the feeling i will get attacked for not having the game knollage everyone else has.

To be giving a property you must have a cirtain criterea to be selected.
Keeping the younger players interested makes torn fresh and good to play.
