ADR is a new-ish-er term for ADC. It's basically made by people who are saying the term ADC is misleading since anyone can carry, and Marksman are actually "Attack Damage Ranged." Or ADR. At least to my knowledge. I guess it's an attempt to do the same thing Riot did when they changed ADC to Marksman.
