I'm getting mixed reviews as far as what's better for getting my NNB to 25. So far I've gathered it's a toss up between shoplifting jackets all the way to a 30 NNB or thorough armed robberies to 30. I'm at 20 right now with 4 upgrade to crime exp, and 4 to nerve. I'm doing thorough robberies no reds or blues but I could see jackets being a wise choice simply to the higher volume of crimes you can commit.
Please fill me in, don't want to waste any time getting it maxed out. :D

I'm active daily but only a few minutes here and there during the work week so chaining isn't really something I can prioritize regularly but if the stars align, sure.
