I'm a new player and my friend told me that I should have a refill(s) to use on Energy and etc. I've never seen any refills on my account information. Can someone take a look at this and let me know?

'Twas the night of All Hallows Eve and all thro' Torn City
bullets volleyed, blades Jammed, in streets perpetually gritty.
Long ago described as "Dexter", now at best it's "unkind."
The average citizen? A trigger happy, Philstine mind.
But then the Carnival arrived, and the attacking ceased.
It was time for the rides! The games! And the feast!
First, was a spooky jaunt; they quaked in combat boots.
The Hate_Train it was called; it terrified the brutes.
Then countless fingers severed in the squash-carving contest
were packed in large suitcases at The_Joker's behest.
While Aurel1 gave toilet swirlies to those bobbing for apples,
leaving the thug's heads with a certain latrine-like dapple.
And bullies scrambled and shoved, to the front of the queue;
It was free candy, liquor, and drugs for this crew.
Fruitcake was the only prize for winning the cake walk.
Ivanu won several, smuggled them to the jail block.
And as the revelry wound down, the city a mess,
the Hoy(sic) polloi of Torn City called the night a success.
And all heard someone exclaim, as they stealth'd out of sight -
"Happy Hallows Eve to all; to all a barbarous night!" Fin.
So cliche... yawn.
